Our firm was engaged to refine an existing residential design, implementing client-directed modifications and producing the technical documentation required for permitting. Situated on a prime waterfront site, the home was strategically reconfigured to maximize water views from both levels, incorporating 14-foot ceilings, expansive glazing, a glass-pane catwalk, and a feature elevator to enhance openness, connectivity, and natural light throughout the primary living spaces.
