This sprawling five-acre lakefront estate in North Tampa was designed as a Mediterranean-inspired residence with multiple rooms oriented toward the water. The property features a detached gym, a porte-cochere connecting two garages with an apartment above, a poolside pavilion with fireplace and pergola, and thoughtfully preserved native landscaping. Construction sequencing was carefully managed to start with the gym and ensure continuity of materials for the main residence, resulting in a cohesive estate completed over three years.
