Belleair Beach House

We collaborated with a residential developer to design a modern waterfront residence on a challenging pie-shaped lot in Belleair Beach. The home maximizes the buildable area with a curved rear deck and roof following the property line, and a three-story glass stair tower serving as a design focal point. The ground level includes six-car garage space and expansive outdoor living with kitchen, dining, lounge, and pool areas. The second floor features a two-story great room with catwalk, kitchen, dining, and entertainment retreat oriented for water views, while the third floor houses the master suite with corner windows, plus secondary bedrooms with ensuite baths, walk-in closets, and balconies.
