Currently in design, this master-planned community is set on a former citrus grove and will feature an 18-hole golf course, curated dining venues, distinctive amenity buildings, a holistic farm, equestrian facilities, sports courts, spa, and resort-style pools. The development will include approximately 125 luxury residences across four models—Avalon, Cara Cara, Hamlin, and Vaccaro—with Mancini serving as Architect of Record for the luxury residences.
